Join us for an informal, hands-on workshop that will give you the basic knowledge you need to get started with standard Western musical notation, ie. reading & writing music. We'll cover treble and bass clef notation, basic rhythm notation, key and time signatures, and try our hand at reading and transcribing simple melodies. We'll provide staff paper and pencils.
