Our DEIA Pledge

BudFord

MusicLandria is deeply committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) within Sacramento’s music scene. We envision a future where our music ecosystem reflects the city’s diverse communities and where all musicians, regardless of background, can thrive. Our DEIA mantra is built around creating opportunities for historically underrepresented groups, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities, to access resources, education, and performance spaces. We are dedicated to making our programs and spaces welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for everyone, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. MusicLandria dreams of a Sacramento music scene where emerging artists have the support they need to grow, where cultural expression is celebrated without barriers, and where everyone—regardless of identity or background—has an equal opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the city's vibrant musical landscape.
